Returns

If you're not completely happy with your purchase prior to installation we will provide a refund on hair extensions that have not been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with within seven days of the date that you receive your order.

You must contact us prior to sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. For the safety of all customers, we cannot allow opened items to be returned. This is a common practice with virgin hair extension suppliers.
